After my stroke I was left incontinent, and was forced to wear protective underwear 24/7 I tried different brands, I liked the Depend the best and the use of a depend boost liner pad for all day comfort. The first time I used one it felt  strange, but after I got used to them they felt good they sure absorb a lot. I wear depend super absorbent or depend refastenable underwear. I like to wear the refastenable underwear with a booster pad the best.I would highly recommend them.
Any one that uses Depend products should know about Booster Liners.

Getting a liquid proof fit with incontinence undergarments sometimes proves to be a great challenge. The leg openings are sometimes too big for the persons who like a comfortable, loose fit around their waist. The Boost insert is the answer. They are super absorbent and designed specifically to be used with an incontinence undergarment.

I strongly recommend their use with incontinence undergarments for added protection.

In addition, being able to purchase from Amazon.com at a reasonable price and with free shipping is a real "boost" for the caregiver. Shopping is made so conveneint and having it delivered to the door is such a help to persons who are already very busy with giving loving care to their parents or in need of the products themselves and unable to shop.

Depend Boost inserts are handy when traveling -- no need to change your clothes every time you need to change your "incontinence product" -- just zip out the boost, replace it with a fresh one, and you're back on the road.

And, just in case you get stuck with a long time between bathroom stops, you have the added assurance that the boost will give you an extra margin of error.

A great product and hard to find at my local drugstores. Thank goodness for online ordering.

My 86 yr old friend suffers from fecal incontinence after 10 yrs of living without a colon. (Small intestines were reattached to rectum.) Age and lack of 'storage space' has weakened her sphincter muscles resulting in urgent bowel movements. This product really helps to contain the stool and minimize any potential mess. And it can be worn with regular underwear - no need to buy disposable diapers. After years of using only a sanitary pad and countless soiled clothes, embarrassing moments and bathroom messes, she is thrilled.

Unless you suffer from Incontinence - you have NO idea how helpful these are.
On a long car trip - even with other Depends protection - the Boost Inserts give that little bit of EXTRA security.
"Liquid" passes through the Boost Insert into the other Depend product. They aren't meant to be worn with just underwear. There's no waterproof backing. They're very discreet - not bulky.
REALLY GREAT.

If you are in an adult diaper you know it is already a bit of a battle, timeing when you will be able to "freshen up" or making it through the night. These boost pads help me make it through the night without a change during the night. These pads are also great if I am going to be in a situation that I may not be able to "change out" when I need to... they give me more time between changes when I really need it! (i.e. potentially embarassing times, long events when it would not be appropriate to leave or get up, long car trips without enough change out opportunities, flying)These are not always easy to find in the store, thanks amazon for carrying them!

For anyone dealing with incontinence, Depend Boost are a great addition to use with disposable underwear. Other insert products have plastic material on the bottom to keep fluid from going all way thru the pad, which is ideal if one is wearing regular cloth underwear. However since Boost does not have plastic on the bottom, fluid will go thru the pad and into the absorbant material of the disposable underwear thereby affording extra protection, rather that flowing over the sides of an insert with plastic on bottom.Depend Boost Inserts, Case of Six-20 Count (120 Inserts)

I agree these are very difficult to find unless one just happens to get lucky. I thought the one time I did find them to be my special day. Now I can order them here at a good price. I will certainly buy my inserts when plans call for flying, on a bus tour or out for long hours doing whatever. They really do beat having leaks. There is a problem, new I think, with the adhesive used to fasten the booster to the undergarment, and they just don't hold very well at all. Having them shift can be uncomfortable, to say nothing about creating a leak problem that otherwise would not have been there.

My husband was not completely satisfied with any of the Depends he'd tried until I got him these boost inserts. He finds them much easier to use and they give him more of a dry feeling. So now he's able to change the boost inserts pretty quickly and not change the regular Depends as much. Faster and easier! (His problems are due a radical prostatectomy, which he had in Jan.)

We've elected to order them using the cheaper method of regular orders.

I have a 2.5 year old boy who is a stomach sleeper. After much trial and error, I have a fool-proof way to have dry mornings: Huggies Overnight Diapers size 6, with the Depends Boost Inserts. It's pretty bulky, but the little guy stays dry through the night and well into the morning (about 10 hours).

HIGHLY recommended!

These are hard to find locally. I hesitated to buy them online because most places you had to buy the case and I didn't know if they'd work for my Mom or not. Finally I found a single package and gave them to her. They are such a help to her at night when it's hard for her to get the bathroom on shaky legs. I ended up buying a case after all. Much easier than searching every local drugstore. Now I have them onhand and can bring them to her assisted living as needed.

If your toddler has an adult sized bladder then this is for you. Boost inserts work well inside a toddler diaper to help prevent the soaked through diaper in the middle of the night phenomena. We all get a better night sleep. They would be better for this application if they didn't have the stick strip on the bottom but otherwise a good use of this adult product.

I found out about this product from the company that makes them - Kimberly Clark. I started using them inside my son's diaper. It helps him stay dry at night. Before I found this product he would wake up in the middle of the night soaking wet (clothes and all). As he's gotten older I now use them in bed wetting diapers (I think they're called NiteTimes). They have made our life a lot better because he can sleep through the night without needing a diaper and clothes change. That makes everyone happier! I would definitely recommend them for anyone who can't keep their child dry. I've used them since he was around 1 (he's almost 2). Only rarely does he wake up with his clothes wet. I've tried everything and nothing works as well as these do!

WE use these pads with our 3 year old son, inside of his diapers. These work great to soak up large amounts of urine. We use Amazon's subscription service and have these automatically shipped each month to our house. Some pads have plastic backs and don't allow the fluid to the diaper layer. These do not have the plastic backing and work good to as a 1st layer to soak up fluid before the remainder gets to the diaper.

I have ordered these inserts for over 6 months for my father and they worked well with pullups. In the last packages bought, the material to keep the insert in place hasn't worked.

I am too large for diapers, and have had accidents even when using the heaviest of pads. In situations where I'm not sure I can get to a bathroom fast enough, Boosts (even though they weren't made to be used with pads) have saved me from humiliating public accidents.

More adhesive PLEASE! Nearly every time I prepare diaper for my 97 year old father the booster moves out of place while pulling up his pants. That said, I am unaware of any replacement product which is superior.

1) The sticky stuff on bottom isn't sticky enough to adhere very well. I phoned in this complaint to the company, it makes using this product more difficult than it should be.

2) It is notably less absorbant than depend "guards for men". Recommend the latter over this product. It is easier to use, works better... I use it with depend super/medium pull up undergarment.

This learned from years of practice with this product and guards for men. I recently found a better liner product sold at longs drugs, considerably more bulky but vastly more absorbant than both. For extensive travels and long plane flights overkill is a good thing in this area.

I recently purchased some Serenity Tena Heavy Pads at CVS, when I ran out of Depend Boost Inserts. I found that they work much better, because the adhesive sticky surface actually holds the booster pad securely to the adult diaper. Depend Boost inserts separate from the diaper when the patient's adult diaper is changed in the morning. Part of this may be due to the fact that the curved shape of the Serenity Tena product is better. Now that I have located a superior alternative product, I am going to cancel my subscription to Depend Boost Inserts. The folks who manufacture Depend Booster pads need to fix the problem with the adhesive.
