My father has had altzheimer's for a number a years and of course incontinence is a problem. My family has tried a number of diapers (walmart, riteaid, etc). After a co-worker of mine told me about these, we were hooked. Excellent absorbency! No more wet beds or chairs.

For my 96 year old mother-in-law who needs changing several times nightly, adult disposable briefs are a blessing. However, the quality difference between brands has been striking. Then we discovered the briefs sold by Walgreen's. They were easy to tape and un-tape around her waist. I wondered who had made such good products for Walgreen's - and then I discovered the models put out by the original manufacturer - these Per-Fit Briefs, manufactured by First Quality Enterprises. That company apparently makes more senior disposable products than any other in the USA. And when ordering these products, one can set up a "repeat order" with Amazon, which reduces the already excellent price further. In short: a great product, with great sales options from Amazon. Thanks to both Amazon and First Quality.

I have been ordering this product for quite some time now for my bedridden husband. Hospice uses this product and when I went searching I tried other products but this is the best. It is obsorbent and works well. Amazon sells this item for a fair price and you can always count on delieveries being on time

For the price that Amazon is offering with auto delivery and free shipping you will not find a better product anywhere. I will definitely continue to buy this product on auto delivery schedule. This product is decent for the price. I used to pay about $41 a month for this product now I paid $24.95 a month. This is a huge savings. This product is not for long usage. This product will work for only one complete accident of urine I would not use this product for any type of bowel movement.

Excellent product for the cheapest price. Good service, always on time. The only issue I have with the shipping is the double packing, but besides that highly recommended product to every one in needs.

I am a caregiver to a 90 yr old disabled man who is wheelchair bound. We have been buying diapers at Walgreens, paying $20 for 32 diapers. While trying to save money for the family, I searched and found the Per-Fit diapers and found that they are made by the same company that manufactures the diapers we bought at Walgreens. They are just like the Walgreens diapers without the hefty cost. They absorb well, and fit just like the Walgreens diapers. And with the subscription option, we no longer have to drive to the store to buy them-they are delivered right to our door-discreetly and lightning fast! (received them a day & a half after ordering!!)These save us money, gas and time!! A great buy!!!

This product was introduced to us while my father was in the rehab. Since using them, it has saved my parents so much money and clean up time because they absorb so much more than another other diapers they have tried and we no longer have to double up my father's diapers at night or during the day. I also recommend the PM Briefs.

8.) Close to 5 star but not quite there

The absorbency of these per-Fit Briefs is 5 star, excellent and they really hold up. The lack of a 5 star review is because the tabs do not stay completely sealed throughout the night if the user really saturates the briefs and moves around. We've figured out an approach by improvising with another pad, but these on their own are not the "miracle diaper" we are hoping to find. Since that likely doesn't exist, these are the best we've used in the couple years of incontinence. These will continue to be used at night, with the pull up style being used during the day for the better fit. Because the sides are so lightweight and appear so comfortable, the side tabs gave us the impression that they could be opened and closed, but we haven't found that to be the case. Once they are opened, the briefs are done unless tape can be applied.

Update on 2/18/10, the price has substantially increased on these and at this price, they're not such a great deal. Will look for another product or supplier.

9.) Not for people who move around.

I bought these for my elderly parents who still get around a bit, but need some extra help at night. They usually get another brand but I was trying to save them some money because the price was good on Amazon. But, they had a lot of difficulty with the tabs, getting them to stay fixed -- they kept coming apart whenever they would turn over in bed, or get up at night. I don't know about the absorbency since they never tried them again.

For the price, these are the best value in adult diapers on the market. The absorbent padding is adequate. My only complaint is the sides are flimsy, easy to tear if you pull too hard. Also, the fitting tabs are small but I haven't had any problem with them coming loose. The elastic around the legs fits snugly without causing irritation.
AMAZON has the best price. With SUBSCRIBE & SAVE, I get an additional 15% off their already low price & free delivery to my door. Can't beat it.

I have been getting this item with my subscribe and save account for over a year. All of a sudden this item has doubled in price. What is up with that? Couldn't find another way on Amazon to ask this question other than calling, and I have found that choice to be most unhelpful.
